Dat Duong (“we,” “us” or “our”) makes yamyam! (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles, and how.
In short: yamyam! has no account, no sign-up, no analytics and no crash reporting. Every game runs on your device, and your scores and progress never leave it. yamyam! is made for children and families. It is free and shows non-personalized, family-friendly ads from Google AdMob; that is the only part of the App that uses the internet.
Information We Collect
Personal information
We don’t collect it. The App does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location. There is no account.
Game data on your device
The App stores the following on your device only:
- Scores and progress: best scores, levels, daily streaks
- Settings: sound, music and other preferences
This data is not sent to us or anyone else. Deleting the App deletes it.
Analytics and crash reports
The App contains no analytics or crash-reporting SDKs. We do not track which games you play or for how long.
Advertising
yamyam! is free because it shows ads. Ads are served by Google AdMob, and because the App is made for children, every ad request is set up for a young audience:
- Child-directed: requests are tagged as directed to children, in line with the US Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play’s Families Policy
- Non-personalized only: ads are chosen from the content of the App, not from a profile of you or your child, and are never based on activity in other apps or websites
- No tracking: the App does not ask for permission to track on iOS and does not use your device’s advertising identifier to build a profile
- Family-friendly content: ads are limited to content suitable for general audiences
To deliver an ad, AdMob still needs some technical information, such as the device’s IP address, model, operating system and language, and whether an ad was shown or tapped. Google uses it only to serve and count ads, limit how often the same ad appears, and prevent fraud. We do not receive any of this information ourselves, only totals such as how many ads were shown.
How We Use Information
We do not collect personal information through the App. If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent or share your data. The only third party that receives data from the App is Google AdMob, as described above, under Google’s own privacy policy.
Children’s Privacy
For parents: yamyam! is made for children to play. We do not collect personal information from children or anyone else: there is no account, chat, sign-up, camera, microphone or location access, and nothing a child types or plays is sent to us.
The only data that leaves the device is the limited technical information AdMob needs to show a non-personalized ad, described above. If you believe your child has given us personal information, for example by emailing us, contact us and we will delete it.

Your Choices and Rights
- Play without ads reaching the internet: every game works offline. With the device offline, no ads load and nothing leaves the device.
- Delete your data: uninstall the App to remove all game data from the device.
- Questions or requests: parents and players can contact us about any data we may hold, such as an email you sent us.
Updates to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page, and let you know in the App if the changes are significant.
